No Limits Rowing athletes Medal at the Cincinnati Indoors

For the second year in a row, athletes from the No Limits Rowing programs have medalled in the Cincinnati Indoor Sprints, February 1st, 2009.

A team of 20 athletes competed for 2000 meter races in Novice and Varisity girls and boys category from the Cincinnati Country Day School where NLR coaches. Adults from NLR's Indoor Rowing studio raced on Men and Women master and veteran events.

From the Cincinnati Country Day School, 3 athletes had a great performance; Emily Finch who scored a personal best of 7:54, Will Portman who scored a personal best of 6:34 and Nick Bender who also scored a personal best of 6:54. All three of these athletes earned medals.

From the NLR gym, three adults earned Gold and Silver Medals; Mindy Hatfield with a 7:52 and Pat Kindel with a 9:02. Walter Frank won a Gold Medal at the 70 and up with 7:59 and Kurt Horn also medalled with a 7:42 score
