- My name is Pedro Palacios and I am the Head Rowing Coach and CEO of No Limits Rowing. My company is based in Cincinnati Ohio where I coach indoor and outdoor rowing to all level of athletes. I am also the Head Coach for the Cincinnati Country Day School. Many of my athletes amongst Juniors, Intermediates, Elite and Masters have medaled in US Rowing Nationals, Scholastic Nationals, Masters Nationals and several International Regattas against National Teams. I am a former Mexican National Team and Club Espana member and several National Champion and US Rowing regattas medalist.
