Cincinnati Indoor Rowing Studio 2008

Hi rowers, for the second year No Limits Rowing open doors to the Indoor Rowing studio. This year we have more rowing machines, more weightlifting equipment and best of all, a stereo system with great music from Rap, Dance, Salsa, Classical, New Age and not to mention that the Instructor now has a wireless microphone so it really works like a spinning class.

No Limits Rowing Medals at Nationals

Jimmy Staford who rowed for No Limits Rowing during the summer medalled at the USA Rowing Nationals in Camden NJ. Staford who is a student at the Cincinnati Country Day won a Silver Medal after beating 38 boats after Heats, Semifinals and Finals. His Coach Pedro Palacios and owner of No Limits Rowing was very pleased with his dedication to improve technique and hard work

The Lord’s Gym is a non profit organization which serves under-resourced people in Cincinnati’s Inner City. No Limits Rowing starts a dream, opening what should become a great Rowing Indoor Studio. With 9 new Model D Rowing machines, Weight Lifting equipment, CORE and Yoga room the NLR winter program will start December 17th until the first week of March. 20 Adults have signed up already.
