Row for Haiti a Success!!!!
The Rowing Place which is a Cross Training Rowing Gym organized four teams of 3 persons. Each team rowed as hard as they could during 90 minutes to raise money for the FOCAS Ministries in Haiti. The total amount of money raised was $ 1,527.46 and we are still expecting more people to match some of the teams efforts.

Rowing at the America's Biggest Looser
Hello, you all that are rowing indoors. If you did not watch last night's America's Biggest Looser, I recomend you watch it online. It was actually a really good set up and I think the contestants had some good instruction for the short amount of time I am sure they were given to get ready.
You can tell after they were starting to get tired that their technique was getting really bad. I am glad people who really dont know much about this PERFECT machine were able to witness how it works and how complete it is when used as part of a training program. The benefits of rowing on a Concept 2 machine are amazing.
The setup was great, the lights and the structures were really cool. One day we will have a great setup here when the Indoor Rowing Studio grows.

US National Team Adaptive Rower trains at Mexico

Former US National Team Adaptive rower, Jennifer Klapper joined No Limits Rowing winter camp in Mexico for a sculling experience. Jennifer lives in Philadelphia where she rows every morning at the Skulkill River. She has competed at the International level in 4+s and 4X's but wanted to improve her single experience.
It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer in Mexico where she benefited from the sculling tanks, Video tape sessions and 3 times a day rowing on the 1968 Olympic Course and the unusual colder weather but still warmer than our cold USA winter.
Thanks for coming Jennifer
